Find your passion

“Find your passion.” This is something one of my previous landlords would say. While it has taken several years, I have learned small group tutoring is my passion. Once I figured this out it greatly helped in what I said yes or no to. I also get a lot of satisfaction and joy because I am doing what I passionate about. So, I can see why I have enjoyed helping the people that live in the same mobile home park learn English. Learning English can lead to opportunities for better jobs. However, it also lets them to interact with more people around them. Helping these people has now become the primary focus of Acts 2:42 Ministries. We have been helping a few different families and even after a few weeks it has been a joy to see them make small steps in their English ability. I look forward to seeing them improve in English, becoming citizens, and possibly improving their lives.
