Another weekend, more damage :( The temporary tarp ripped where it was secured when windy weather came through. No one was hurt. Thankfully, I have some handy neighbors that gave up part of their Sunday afternoon to make repairs. A decision should be made this week on to put on a new roof or look at other options. Seeing how much funds are available. Myself and the tenant appreciate your prayers.
