Favorable law for ex-felons

Having a criminal background can make it very difficult to get a job no matter how many years ago it occurred. This is the case for one person in Acts 2:42 Ministries. However, a friend recently informed me about Ohio’s law regarding ex-felons. Ex-felons can receive a certificate that grants employers immunity if they are sued due to the ex-felon’s actions. This could open doors which would lead to full time employment. Praise God for Ohio passing this law!
