Help with Google Adwords/Adgrants

Anyone know of someone/agency that can help with Google Adwords or Adgrants? Acts 2:42 Ministries has been trying to get an ad to show. Despite calls and changing keywords and ad groups there have been no impressions or clicks. We are willing to pay someone for some guidance on how to use these tools.
